We have compared both the publications from the point of view, namely, whether they are the same pattern. We have also carefully gone through the records of the Divisional Magistrate. We are satisfied that the difference is clear and the learned Magistrate has given good reasons for rejecting the appeal filed by the appellant. There is no merit in the appeal. The same is, accordingly, dismissed
